User Profiles and Options

Resume

Attach each employee’s resume to their personal profile. Use the search and filter options on the dashboard to locate employees based on their work experience, education, and certifications.

Skills

Enrich each employee’s profile with measurable skills. Skill types can be customized and updated to track employee development over time.

Onboarding/offboarding plans

Develop and execute onboarding and offboarding plans for when an employee joins or leaves the organization. Each plan initiates a series of predefined activities across various applications to ensure a seamless transition.

Request Appraisals

Enable both employees and managers to request a performance review through the Appraisals app directly from an employee record at any time, regardless of the company’s scheduled review periods.

Request Time Off

Enable employees to request time off directly from their profile or record, without needing to access the Time Off application.

Signature Request

Send a message to an employee asking them to review and sign a document directly from their employee record.

Approvers

Designate the appropriate staff members responsible for approving expenses, time off, and timesheets for an employee directly on their individual record.

Homeworking

Set a default work location for each day of the week, indicating whether an employee will be in the office, working from home, or remotely from another location. Once configured, this schedule will automatically repeat each week.

Assign roles that an employee is qualified to cover shifts for in the Planning application.

Organize departments and teams into a clear organizational chart displayed on every employee profile. This chart shows each employee’s position in the company hierarchy, their manager, and their subordinates.

Smart Buttons

Time Off

View the number of days off an employee has remaining and click the smart button to navigate to the Time Off application.

Planning

Click the Planning button to access the Planning application and view the upcoming work schedule. You can also swap shifts with other employees if you have the necessary access rights.

Timesheets

The Timesheets button directs you to a list view of the past week’s timesheet entries and allows you to add new entries.

Cars

If an employee has been assigned a company car, it will appear under the Cars button. Click on it to access the Fleet app, where you can view more details and make updates.

Equipment Count

The Equipment Count button indicates whether any tools, machinery, hardware, or other items have been assigned to an employee. Clicking it connects you to the Maintenance application, where you can track costs, vendor information, and usage.

Contracts

The Contracts button shows the creation date of an employee’s most recent contract. If the contract is active, the button will be green; if it has expired, it will be red.

Documents

Once an employee has signed any documents through the Sign application (such as an employee handbook, NDA, offer letter, etc.), it will be recorded on the Documents button.

Courses

Track eLearning courses assigned to an employee using the Courses smart button. The button will update to show progress as the employee completes their assigned courses.

Organization

Access Rights

Set up various access levels for employees, managers, and team leads to ensure that private information remains confidential.

Employee Editing

Enable employees to edit their own data, or restrict their ability to do so.

Departments

Establish departments and categorize employees based on their responsibilities. Departments can also be assigned to a ‘parent’ department for enhanced organization

Contracts

Store employee contracts and monitor their status. Develop contract templates that can be utilized in the Payroll and Recruitment applications.
